Liberty Engineering & Construction Ltd. is a reputable firm that provides engineering, procurement, and construction management (EPCM), as well as architectural and environmental management services. Founded in 2011, Liberty began as a small company in Juba and has now grown into a leading firm of more than 50 fulltime employees.
Message from the President & CEO
Being a native of South Sudan, a country that emerged from decades of destructive war, I acknowledge my duty in contributing to the development of South Sudan. Therefore, I envisioned and founded Liberty Engineering and Construction Limited in the wake of South Sudan’s historic birth in 2011 to offer engineering, procurement, and construction management (EPCM) and environmental management services to clients across and outside South Sudan. Since then, Liberty has achieved consistent growth, becoming one of the leading engineering and construction firms in the country. We have earned the trust and respect from our clients including oil and gas companies, UN agencies, NGOs, foreign missions, financial institutions, private clients and the Government of South Sudan.
